These homes were placed on the Mississippi Coast following hurricane Katrina (Mid 2007).  Some of the units in low lying areas were affected by flood waters from Hurricanes Gustav & Ike.   

Some units show NO visual damage and others sustained minor to major flood damage.  It is our opinion that all damaged units are in repairable condition. 

Not to be compared to mobile homes, these homes are built with the highest quality materials and workmanship.  The walls are constructed of 2x6 studs, exterior is Hardi-plank siding, interiors are constructed of standard drywall, crown moulding, quality cabinetry, quality windows & doors, central ac/heat, full baths & some include furniture.  Some units are handicap accessible.  All homes are equipped with axles, tires & tongues. 

The homes are located in two locations near Bay St. Louis MS.

Location B: 12273 Lower Bay Rd  Waveland, MS 39520 (Adjacent to the Port Bienville Entrance)

Preview will be Saturday January 24 through Thursday January 29. 

NOTE: A $1000.00 Cash deposit will be required to bid at this auction. 
The deposit may be in the form of cash or cashiers check.  Credit cards will not be accepted.  The deposit will be refunded immediately if no purchase is made.  If a purchase is made the deposit will be refunded upon removal of the purchased items.
