Terms & Conditions

Owner understands and agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale of above listed items. Owner acknowledges that the company is not responsible for any physical damage, loss or mechanical failure which might occur to the equipment while in their possession. Owner hereby warrants that the above described property is free and clear of all LIENS, MORTGAGES OR OTHER ENCUMBRANCES and that HENDERSON AUCTIONS is authorized to sell this equipment at public auction. The company is NOT RESPONSIBLE to pay the owner for any item a bidder may bid on and not pay for. Owner will present company with any titles or deeds necessary for transfer of equipment. If there is a breach of contract owner agrees to pay company commission and advertising costs on said equipment. Owner agrees to have equipment at sale site 10 days prior to sale and agrees to remove and unsold items from sale premises within 10 days after sale unless other arrangements are made with Auction Company at time of sale.
