When asked when he first realized that he wanted to be an auctioneer, Wiley responded without hesitation: "Two hours after my mother delivered me". Wiley's quick wit and fun-loving personality allow him to transform the intensity of an auction into a fun and laid-back experience. This does not, however, affect the success of the auctions. Wiley certainly knows what he's doing, and he has a great track record to prove it.
He has served as President of Sales for Henderson Auctions since 1985. He attended and graduated from The Reppert School of Auctioneering in 1991. He a long time member of the LAA and NAA. During an auction, Wiley is the lead ringman beside the auctioneer. He has trained many ringmen and young auctioneers by his example.
Wiley is known for his wit, intelligence, smooth auctioneering chant, and his affinity for dressing well. Although he is known for being the token jokester, Wiley gives each consignor the highest attention and with utmost professionalism.
Wiley and has two daughters, Ashley and Amy, who are both professionals in their careers. In his free time, Wiley loves high school and college sports and is an avid fisherman.
