I was just at the January 23 auction and found that the discription (Unused) was very misleading. Some of the so called (Unused) homes were in terrible shape. If I was a on line bidder I would greatly disapointed in the description of the homes.

Hi, Unfortunately, I agree with you. We did have some major description problems, especially at that particular auction. We allowed a partner to describe them and he wasn't as familiar as he should have been. We have been diligently working on a new program to be used in trailer descriptions that will automate the process. That wouldn't solve the problem because of course there's still human judgement. However, we have hired a manager from a local RV dealer. He is very familiar with each product and will be managing the staff conducting future inspections. They actually started today for the auction dated April 10. Please contact our office to discuss your last experience with me. Thanks.

Please see the comment I made to Don Davis. We will now be giving complete detailed description of travel trailers and have hired someone from the RV industry to oversee that project. We are really striving to improve that part of our operation. Thanks for your interest. I know the blogs are old. I will now be overseeing them and will keep them updated.
